My husband and myself were first time home buyers and had absolutely no clue what to do or where to start. Sheena was absolutely amazing! She is professional, attentive, punctual, and she just felt like family from the beginning. She explained everything to us every step of the way. She searched high and low for houses that would fit our family. Late night phone calls, questions about insurance, driving all over Lee County, you name it, she did it. She always had an answer to our questions. She has such a calming manner which was great because buying a home can be overwhelming and frustrating. We finally found our forever home and I absolutely love it. She bought us a house warming gift, and our first Christmas ornament in our new home. By the time we bought the house we built a friendship. It was bitter sweet because I knew we wouldn't talk everyday, but we still keep in touch and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and friend!!

My coworkers recommended Sheena to me after their purchase. She was amazing! I have bought houses several times before but Sheena made the buying process easier than ever.
Sheena used to work for a Title company so she knows who are the best partners for loans, home inspections, insurance, etc.
For example, I waited 2 weeks and my credit union still hadn't contacted me with loan pre-approval. Sheena's colleagues had me pre-approved by phone in 30 minutes.
Also, her home inspection team found items needing repairs. I negotiated a lower purchase price from the seller that more than paid for my home inspection.
Sheena is absolutely the best and I highly recommend her as your realtor.
